Packages up to 30kg and with a circumference of less than 3.60m will be shipped via parcel service (DHL / DPD). Shipments exceeding this weight or circumference will be sent via freight carrier (DHL Freight).
The freight carrier will attempt to contact you to arrange a delivery date. For this purpose, we have provided the carrier with the phone number you gave us. If you are not reachable at this number during the day, please contact us immediately. When scheduling an appointment, please allow for a time buffer.
