Inspect the your order immediately upon receipt, as you usually have to confirm the safe receipt of the product by signing a delivery note with our shipping partner. If you noticed that the packaging of your goods is open or damaged, let our shipping partner know, refuse the delivery or contact us immediately within 30 days using the contact form and send us some pictures oft he damages.
